Objective: Add Cinemachine to your Timeline!

In this tutorial we are going to add Cinemachine virtual camera controls to Timeline. In the past tutorial We created a Timeline for opening a chest. We are going to reuse this Timeline and add Cinemachine to it.

To begin, We can add a Cinemachine track.

Make sure to leave a gab at the end for an easy transition back to the original camera.

We need to connect this track to the Cinemachine brain. To do this drag the object with the Cinemachine brain onto the head of the track.

Now when you play the editor and you activate the director the camera will switch to the virtual camera and release when the Timeline is finished.

I’m not a fan of the hard cut so let’s add ease in and ease out to make the transitions smoother.
