The power of the Ray Interactor!

Objective: Understanding what Ray Interactors are and how they work!

What are Ray Interactors? Ray Interactors are used to interacting with Interactables at a distance. If you select one of the hands under the XR Origin game object, you will find the XR Ray Interactor.

Inside the inspector we have a plethora of options to look over. You can enable interactions with UI game objects.

Force Grab — Moves the object to your hand rather than interacting with it at a distance.

Anchor Control — Allows the user to move the attach anchor point using the joystick.

A visual representation of the Ray Interactors is when you play the scene you will see these beams coming from your hands. These are the Ray Interactors!
